A few months ago I had bought a memory card from club factory online. The memory card came to me and after 10 days it corrupted.

 I called the customer care and told him everything. The customer care replied me if you would have had called me within 9 days then only you could have had returned it, but after 10 days you can't return. So I can do nothing for you. 

At first I was feeling very sorry to hear that and I was very angry on club factory that it is selling duplicate items or corrupted items...

Next day morning I read all the privacy policies of club factory. I came to know that there was an option to return the item and I did what it had written there in the policy. 

After a few days all my money came back in my account from club factory and I was happy that time on not to be cheated by any online company.

That time I was feeling very proud on my English learning. If I would not have known English language, I could not have returned that corrupted memory card...
